n8n Pricing 2026

Every n8n Cloud plan, the free trial and the self-hosted option, checked against n8n's pricing page on October 26, 2026.

Quick answer

n8n Cloud costs €20 per month for Starter (2,500 executions), €50 per month for Pro (10,000 executions) and €667 per month for Business (40,000 executions, self-hosted only), all billed annually. Enterprise is custom. The self-hosted Community Edition is free to download, but you pay for the server and upkeep. n8n lists prices in euros, and its pricing page shows annual-billing prices only.

All four plans list unlimited users and unlimited workflows. Business overages are €4,000 per extra bucket of 300,000 executions. Annual billing saves 17% according to the toggle on n8n's page, but the page does not show the monthly-billing prices, so we cannot list them. The "Our read" column is our opinion, not n8n's.

What counts as an execution

n8n bills by executions, and its documentation defines one execution as one run of a workflow, however many steps the workflow has. That makes the monthly limit easy to estimate from how often a workflow fires. These figures are our own arithmetic for a 30 day month, not n8n numbers:

A workflow that runs every hour uses about 720 executions. One that runs every 15 minutes uses about 2,880, which is already over the Starter limit of 2,500. One that runs every 5 minutes uses about 8,640, which fits inside Pro but leaves little room for anything else. Workflows triggered by a webhook or form count once per trigger.

Free trial, self-hosting and discounts

The Cloud free trial needs no credit card and is capped at 1,000 executions, 5 concurrent executions, a 180 second execution timeout and 1 team project. The Business trial runs 14 days, includes the full Business feature set and does require a card.

n8n also offers a self-hosted Community Edition on GitHub. The software itself costs nothing, but you pay for the server, backups, updates and your own time, and n8n does not publish a figure for that. n8n lists a Start-up Plan that gives companies with fewer than 20 employees 50% off Business. The pricing page does not mention a nonprofit discount.

Which n8n plan should you pick?

Start with the free trial and count your real executions for a week before paying. If your total sits under 2,500 a month, Starter is enough. If you run scheduled workflows every few minutes, you will likely need Pro. If you are comfortable running your own server and only need a few workflows, the Community Edition avoids the subscription entirely.
